Gadish was chosen to be the planning manager, execution manager and supervisor of the relocation and extension of a plane landing area near Moshav HaBonim, which would enable the execution of the coastal railroad electrification project. The project includes the execution of a plane runway with a total length of 1,800 meters, rapid exit taxiways, taxiways, a refueling station and lighting systems.
In accordance with the instructions of the Civil Airports Authority, this landing area would serve as an emergency runway for the fire fighting and rescue authorities.
Building a border checkpoint for transferring goods between the Palestinian Authority and the State of Israel – Building the hurdle of the Separation Fence and executing defense components:
Supervising the earthworks and the surface preparation including culverts and road sub-surface and the execution of the preparation of sewage, water, electricity and communication infrastructure. Building precast elements and installing pillbox towers. Executing earthworks and filing them with controlled compacting and supporting earth ramparts through soil reinforcement with geogrid sheets and the construction of large-scale paneling rock-paneled terraces. Building reinforced soil walls, building water culverts and a reinforced concrete fence beam. Laying electricity and communication infrastructures. Paving defense roads. Building a kennels complex for the IDF.
The project of the employment area in the Shoket Junction, where Gadish was chosen to be the planning company for the Israel Lands Authority, including the preparation and approval of a master plan, a basis for the planning of the four quarters of Shoket Junction, on an area of 4,150 dunams, for the construction of an employment and leisure center with an importance and an affinity to the metropole area.
A zoning plan for the eastern quarter of Shoket Junction which includes 1,730 dunams. Most of the area is intended for industry, commerce, public institutes, sports and leisure and hotels.
In the framework of the planning, solutions were created for access from national roads, facilitation and planning of the infrastructures system, preparing an architectural programme and simultaneously establishing a joint administration for 4 authorities – Lakia, Hora, Bnei Shimon and Meitar.
Providing planning consulting, control and monitoring and engineering consulting to the planning department of The Authority for the Development and Settlement of the Bedouin in the Negev.
Participation and consulting in planning meetings, support and assistance for the authority in providing planning guidance to all of the planning teams, assistance and consulting in preparing planning instructions and in managing the planning companies and other planning teams on behalf of the authority, monitoring the execution of the tasks that were delivered to the planning teams, support and planning guidance for the drafting of documents, controlling the execution schedules of all of the works’ stages, monitoring the implementation of the decisions, coordinating with external entities in order to promote the planning including participation in ministerial and inter-ministerial committees and implementing an IT project management system.
Owing to its vast experience, Gadish was chosen to plan a building with 5 operating rooms, 3 delivery rooms, 22 dialysis stations and sterilization. The wing would include a basement + 2 floors.
Gadish contributed some of its vast knowledge and experience to the construction of a laboratory which serves the hospitals and clinics in the Eilat region, with a total area of 500m2. The various laboratories which are included in the lab compound are: Biochemistry, immunoassay, hematology, microbiology, sperm bank, blood bank, virology, and an emergency lab.
The lab is constructed modularly, in order to enable maximal flexibility and a simple adjustment of the equipment which would be replaced throughout the laboratory’s lifecycle. The biochemistry and emergency lab workspaces are open spaces that provide the option of placing floor equipment at the center and countertops and storage cupboards in the periphery.
In the laboratories wing, support functions such as a cafeteria, toilets, changing rooms and showers were also built.
