Gadish was chosen to manage the planning, manage the execution and supervise a project for the construction of a business hotel at the heart of Tel Aviv, which was built on the steel frame of the building which formerly hosted the offices of the company “Clal Insurance”. The project included the demolition of the entire interior of the building and adjusting it to a hotel which would be divided to 180 rooms.
